Meet Becky

To be able to progress and develop is something we all want from life, especially when it comes to our children. At Kids Who Count, we help families increase their child’s confidence in their own potential and ability. Becky Albiston is one of those kids. When she wasn’t crawling or standing at her 1year well-child check their family doctor referred Becky to Kids Who Count.

“I’ll never forget the first visit when our physical therapist, Kimhelped Becky pull herself up to a standing position. Kim was always very patient and positive. Everyone who came into our home had a genuine desire to help Becky improve.”

Through the work and support of her family and Kids Who Count, Becky is not only walking – but walking the stairs and almost running. “Kids Who Count has been a great resource for our family as our daughter has grown. Everyone is so kind and willing to answer any questions…even the hard or silly ones.”

If you have concerns about your child’s development, don’t wait to get help. Early intervention services may begin at any time between birth and age three; however, when early intervention is needed, the earlier it is provided, the better the outcome for both the child and the family.
